Our beginning

It all began naturally, with an emotion our hearts recognized immediately.

Our story began simply and naturally, with that rare closeness that needs very few explanations. There were glances, emotions and small moments that gradually became more important.

I remember the moment when I invited you to my parents’ silver wedding anniversary. Even though I could not put everything I felt into words, I knew then that you were the person with whom I wanted to build a life.

Since then, every step has brought us closer. We learned that love is not perfection, but the sincere choice to move forward together, with trust, patience and joy.

We prepared an elegant and varied menu so every guest can enjoy a complete experience, from the welcome reception to the festive moments of the evening.

What does the starter include?

The starter includes mixed salad with cherry tomatoes, bocconcini mozzarella and pesto, leek and cheese quiche, house roe canapés with chives, smoked duck breast, ricotta and Italian salami bites, liver terrine with confit fruit, brie with redcurrant preserve and marinated olives.

Which fish course will be served?

Oven-baked butterfish fillet with almond flakes and hollandaise sauce, accompanied by white risotto—a refined and balanced course for an elegant evening.

Will there be traditional dishes?

Yes. The menu includes Romanian cabbage rolls served with polenta, bacon, sour cream and hot pepper.

What is the main course?

The main course is bone-in pork tomahawk with Parmesan sauce, gratin potatoes and roasted pepper salad.

Will there be a wedding cake?

Yes. The evening will include our wedding cake, a festive moment we look forward to sharing with all our guests.

Which alcoholic drinks are included?

The package includes sparkling wine, Jameson and Chivas Regal whisky, Absolut vodka, Baileys, Campari, Martini, Beefeater gin, Havana Club rum, classic cocktails, Romanian white, rosé and red wine, beer and alcohol-free beer.

Which soft drinks and coffees are available?

Guests can enjoy a selection of soft drinks, still and sparkling water, natural fruit juices, espresso, cappuccino and caffè latte.

Are the drinks unlimited?

Yes. The drinks packages include unlimited consumption so every guest can enjoy the entire evening at ease.

Will there be a candy bar and a fruit bar?

Yes! We’ll have a candy bar with a selection of delicious desserts and a fruit bar with fresh fruit—perfect for a sweet and refreshing break between dances.
